Solstice Farms is a dedicated Dressage training and teaching stable in Houston, Texas, established in 1988. The farm is owned and operated by Marie Morgan, a USDF Certified Instructor, "L" graduate and successful FEI level trainer, competitor, and coach. This small and intimate facility focuses on individualized care and training, helping each horse and rider learn in the best way possible. As students of dressage we are always learning, and as such, Solstice Farms enjoys hosting regular clinics with Debbie Bowman, an examiner for the USDF Instructor Certification Program and Grand Prix competitor.Solstice Farms is conveniently located near downtown Houston and the Texas Medical Center, just three miles south of Loop 610 and Reliant Park. “New Year, New Tests, New You!”
Dr. Lisa V Hardin, Psy. D, and Marie Morgan, USDF Certified Instructor and “L” grad, and 2x Teaching Excellence Award winner, team up to help you take your showing to a new level in 2019. Join us to explore the new USEF tests with demo riders and learn strategies for dealing with competition stress.
This seminar will be at Solstice Farms on Sunday, January 13, 2019 from 10:00am - 1:00pm. Registration begins at 9:30am. The cost is $50, (discounted to $30 for Pony Club members). We will have demo riders to help illustrate discussion points; snacks will be provided but please bring a chair!
